Government Warnings on Cigars Will be Hazardous to the Public’s Health

But some of you may not believe me. She DID, however, say this in the episode after the old people were discussing the younger idiots. “…because this place can just FILL our spirits so much… There’s so much that can be taken away from here and just, you know, try not to let them get to you because that’s what they want to do.”

Maybe my biggest problem with this crap is that I’ve always had a problem with people giving advice. Most of the time, it’s just useless. Try not to let them get to you. “Oh wow! Thanks Linda. Until you said that, I was planning on letting them get to me. Thank you SO much!” (more…)

The Tragedy of Losing Someone Young Finding Beauty in Death

After my mom’s death almost two years ago, I realized that death can be beautiful. Watching someone that we love die is sad and unbearable, but death has a way of bringing the best out in people.

The human spirit of those who survive is somehow renewed after a death of a family member or friend. I think this is why so many people celebrate after a person’s death, honoring their loved one’s life. (more…)
