Sometimes, when a person is agitated or irritable, the music or sound of gongs will really annoy them. Also, if a person is sensitive to fragrances, incense will be a major irritant. Speak to the instructor before class about this. As I am highly sensitive to fragrances, I will use incense when I’m away so the smoke has dissipated before I return, yet the fragrance lingers. But some of you may not believe me. She DID, however, say this in the episode after the old people were discussing the younger idiots. “…because this place can just FILL our spirits so much… There’s so much that can be taken away from here and just, you know, try not to let them get to you because that’s what they want to do.”

Maybe my biggest problem with this crap is that I’ve always had a problem with people giving advice. Most of the time, it’s just useless. Try not to let them get to you. “Oh wow! Thanks Linda. Until you said that, I was planning on letting them get to me. Thank you SO much!” (more…)
