To top it all off, I’m making the videos that I produce available via my Web site: I’ve got several dozen videos available in a variety of formats, which people can access on demand. Not only that, but I’ve established what I’ve come to call jimcarroll-tv: it’s a continuous, 24-hour a day transmission of a random sampling of speech topics and videos that I’ve produced.

One of nature’s storehouse for phyto-estrogens is soy. Studies have revealed that women who live in countries with a diet high in soy are not likely to experience menopausal symptoms. In Japan there is no word for hot flashes. Studies have shown that women who consume 20 to 40 grams of soy protein have fewer hot flashes and night sweats. This amount of soy can be found in 1 to 2 cups of soy milk per day or 1 cup of tofu.

Set a Date

This allows you to map out a series of short-term goals (and dates) that serve as milestones on your journey toward achieving the larger long-term goals.
